Cheque Presentation

We had great delight tonight to hand over a cheque for £125:00 raised through our Badge Sewing service. As the young people pass their badge requirements and are awarded the badge, we offer them a Badge Sewing service to sew the badges on the their uniform at 25p per badge. This service is most welcome by the parents and the money raised through this service is then presented to a local charity. This time we presented the amount of £125:00 to the "The Preston Road Womens Centre" (The Purple House), which provides a safe refuge for Women and Children suffering from domestic abuse
