Beavers Participating in Fair Trade Week

Tuesday 12th March Beavers had a fun filled night. They completed part of their first aid badge, bandaging their teddies with the help of their parents. We discussed Fair Trade as part of the two week Fair Trade event and made a hot drink using Fair Trade products for parents. We also had the privilege of meeting a Head Teacher from Sierra Leone. We spoke about what it is like in West Africa and discovered he was part of a Scout Group. He then joined us for the rest of our activities.
